Alderton was built on a simple conviction: the best-dressed man in the room is rarely the one you notice first.

We make clothes for that man. Knitwear that holds its shape through a decade of winters. Chinos cut close enough to look considered and loose enough to live in. Polos in weights that hang properly instead of clinging. Nothing shouts, nothing dates, nothing arrives with a logo doing the talking.

What we mean by old money

It is not a costume, and it is not nostalgia. It is a way of buying: fewer things, better made, worn until they earn their creases. A navy crewneck bought well will outlast a dozen trend pieces and look better every year. That is the whole idea, and it is why our range stays deliberately narrow.

We edit hard. If a piece does not work with at least three others already in the wardrobe, it does not make the collection.

How we work

Every order leaves with tracking and arrives properly packed. If something is not right — the fit, the colour, the timing — we would rather hear about it than have you keep a piece you do not love.
